My Rates are as follows:

Home Pages...$100 plus a $25 updating fee.

Humor, weird and bizarre pages...$250 to $800 plus the updating fees.

Business pages...$500 to $2000 or up, depending on the complexity involved in the build, plus the updating fees.

I've also been known to work on the barter system at times.

Our services include not only the build, but graphics, either created by us, or your own, midi files sequenced for the Awe64 for best sound if you want music on your pages, and frankly, whatever else you might want. We use straight html, and very little java or anything else, as this simply slows your page loading down. You want your customers to get to your content as quickly as possible, not spend time waiting for pages to load, as they do on my personal site, here.

As far as businesses, I prefer to concentrate on small, independent mom and pop type businesses, as they often give greater, more personal service, and without someone focusing on their businesses and attempting to understand their budgets and problems, they might not otherwise have an opportunity to have their products or services seen on the net.

You will have noticed, as well, that unlike most web designers, I do not charge a monthly fee simply because I build your site and out it on line. This is, to my thinking, if not unethical, then certainly somewhat shady. I expect to be fairly paid for work I actually do, and if you want someone to be constantly updating your site, believe me, I expect to be paid for that. but chances are, you're already paying your server for the space, so why should you pay me simply because I, at one time, filled that space for you.

I hope that my clients will allow me some artistic freedom in designing their sites. In this way, I am able to do my best work and, hopefully, give them a site that stands out from other sites of the same type on the net.

If you wish me to also promote your site after building it, well, that's negotiable, as are all my prices, but we can talk about it. I frankly don't want clients who aren't interested enough in their sites and businesses to put some time and trouble into promoting themselves. You don't have to know how to build it, but if you don't know enough about the internet and E business to do some promoting, why do you want your business on the net?
